• Added refrax reviewer component for Maven-based refactoring checks [#82]

jeo-maven-plugin:

• Fixed the disassemble/assemble module-info attribute [#1297]
• Added Scala integration test to verify jeo-maven-plugin functionality and disassemble and assemble custom attributes [#1302]
• Prevented empty signatures from being added to the variable table and checked Generics [#1282]
• Disassembled Java modules [#1277]
